📄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Help Me Visa, we believe in transparent pricing and fair expectations. Please review our policy below to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Consultations & Basic Support Services
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may be eligible for a reschedule or partial refund (minus a £10 admin fee or local equivalent).
- If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the fee is non-refundable.
2. Complete Packages & Premium Advisory Services
Once work has started on your case (e.g. document review, form preparation, strategy call, email support), no refunds will be issued.
We allocate staff time and resources immediately, which means:
- 💻 Reviewing documents
- 🧾 Preparing checklists or forms
- 📞 Providing consultations or ongoing support
If you cancel before any work begins, a refund may be possible (minus an administrative fee of 15–20% depending on the service).
3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Our role is to help you submit the strongest possible application, but we cannot guarantee outcomes.
Refunds are not issued due to visa refusal by embassies or immigration authorities.
4. Client Inaction or Delay
If you:
- Fail to provide documents or required information within a reasonable timeframe
- Become unresponsive for more than 14 days
…we reserve the right to close your file. In this case, no refund will be provided. You may request to reopen the file later, subject to a reactivation fee.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a cancellation or refund, email:

Refunds (when eligible) are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital checklists, guides, and templates are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
7. Exceptional Cases
We understand that life happens. If there’s a medical, family, or visa-related emergency, we may offer a partial credit or reschedule at our discretion. Just talk to us — we’ll be fair.
