2. Scope of Service

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Form assistance and submission preparation
  • Consultation and strategic planning
  • Referrals to legal partners where necessary

We do not submit applications on your behalf unless explicitly stated in writing. Final decisions on visas are made by the respective embassy or immigration office, not by Help Me Visa.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

We aim to prepare strong applications, but we cannot guarantee that any visa, permit, or immigration application will be approved.
Approval is at the sole discretion of immigration authorities.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All fees are stated clearly before engagement.
  • Payment is due before service delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Refunds are not provided once work has commenced.
  • If you cancel your consultation or package before work begins, you may request a partial refund (minus admin charges).

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to our communications

Help Me Visa is not liable for delays or errors caused by missing, incorrect, or fraudulent client information.
